CodiLime provides professional IT consulting and software engineering services for global clients in three core areas: Networks, Security and Big Data Science & Deep Learning (through its deepsense.io subsidiary). The company was established in 2011 by a group of Polish computer scientists and mathematicians with outstanding technical backgrounds and professional experience gained at leading global IT companies in Silicon Valley. We are looking for:

SOFTWARE ARCHITECT

to join our team in Warsaw

You must have…
2+ years of experience on a senior-level position,
very good knowledge of at least two of the following: Java, Python, Scala,
knowledge of the best practices of software development: design patterns, code smells, continuous integration, code review, unit/functional/regression tests, Git,
experience in designing complex, multi-component systems and communication channels,
experience in REST API design,
familiarity with virtualization, containerization, public & private clouds,
experience in production-grade software deployment and good grasp of such concepts as high availability, single point of failure, failover,
knowledge of object-oriented and functional programming paradigms,
analytical thinking skills and knowledge of algorithms,
working knowledge of English.

You may have…
experience in Apache Hadoop ecosystem projects: Spark, YARN, MapReduce, HDFS, HBase, Cassandra, Mahout, Tez, Pig, Hive,
knowledge of deployment technologies: Puppet, Chef, Ansible,
knowledge of ELK (Elasticsearch, Logstash, Kibana) technology,
knowledge of classical and machine learning algorithms.
