For our onsite team we are seeking the following:

L2 End User Support Engineer

Your main responsibilities:
• Support Country ITS Lead Poland in planning, execution and delivery of ITS activities/projects according to priorities,
• Providing 2nd line support for internal customer (end user) and management of registered tickets,
• Troubleshooting and cooperating with users from different departments (HR, logistic, sales, administration),
• Analyzing and solving problems with PC/ notebooks, voice and video conferencing, mobile phones, printers and etc.,
• Maintain site specific operational process documentation and technical documentation related to IT infrastructure and services.

Our requirements:
• Experience in IT environment preferably focused on end users support,
• Very good English and Polish language,
• Advanced MS Office skills (Excel, Outlook),
• Good understanding of Hosting & Network,
• Excellent communication skills,
• Problem resolution oriented approach,
• Good planning and organizing skills.
