This position is responsible for providing digital marketing support. As a Digital Marketing Specialist, you will create and maintain on-brand, best-in-class content with compelling calls to action on the company’s digital platforms. The ideal candidate will be able to adhere to and meet deadlines, multi-task, and overcome obstacles when required. The candidate must also be able to coordinate strategies with internal teams. We need a dedicated team-player, who will be able to build up the digital marketing function within our Company in line with our strategic objectives.
Key responsibilities:
1. Digital marketing planning, strategic and tactical, for the company web development/ outsourcing services:
setting objectives, digital marketing audit
setting up digital marketing strategy
market segmentation, targeting, positioning
defining digital marketing programs
2 Implementation of the marketing plans.
Building up effective communications mix of our value proposition to our customers
Creating strong Physical evidence component of the marketing mix
(The activities here assume proactive own work by the candidate based on his/her extensive experiences: writing marketing texts, working with the designers and similar)
Excellent communicator and creative thinker, with an ability to use data to inform all decisions
Create and implement email campaigns and customer rendition programs: onboarding, promotions, etc
Pro-active and intensive work in a team. Cooperation with designers, web developers, SEO & PR contractors, copywriters, translators.

Skills and Qualifications required:
2 years+ experience in Digital Marketing
Degree in Marketing is preferred, additional qualifications would be an asset
Experience with SEO, PPC, email marketing
High English language proficiency;
Experience in developing high level marketing and brand strategy in line with the strategic vision of the organization
SMM, content marketing, copywriting knowledge & experience is highly desirable
Good understanding of web development process, plus current web and mobile trends
Experience in IT is a plus
