We are looking for professionals who will join our highly skilled System Integration Test team in Krakow.

Job Description

We are looking for a candidate with strong managerial skills to run the team of system integration engineers in R&D Labs in Krakow

The candidate will be responsible for integration and certification of complex nation-wide systems implementing TETRA, P25 or LTE radio communication solutions for Public Safety customers

Basic Requirements

Bachelor’s or Masters Degree 5+ years of experience in project management 3+ years of experience in managing people Self motivation and drive. Problem solving attitude. Effective verbal and written English communication skills. Proven experience in supporting teams in meeting their goals Good skills and knowledge of facilitation, conflict resolution, continuous improvement & coaching Understanding of software production process Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment
