Motorola Solutions is looking for passionate developers with Java experience to join our Scrum teams. Together with us you will develop software for services running on top of modern public safety communications systems – LTE ASTRO (P25) and Dimetra (TETRA). The product is entirely developed, tested and deployed for customers by our team located in our Software Center in Krakow, Poland.

Job Description

As Java Software Engineer your responsibilities will be designing, implementation, performing development tests, preparation of automated tests for GATOR tool.

Technologies: Java (Java EE), SpringBoot , Javascript, Angular (1 & 2), HTML, CSS

Basic Requirements

From candidates for a test engineer we expect:

• Master degree (Telecommunication, Computer Science, Electronics or related)
• IP networking basics
• Good English skills to allow efficient work in an international team
• Experience in Java 8 development
• Knowledge of Microservices architecture
• Knowledge of JavaScript , JBoss/WildFly, Javascript, Angular (1 & 2), HTML,CSS
• Web services (e.g. REST, Websockets)
• Generic Database knowledge,
• Knowledge of Astro and/or Dimetra and/or LTE systems
• Demonstrating engagement and enthusiasm

Following skills will be a plus

• Java EE experience
• MySql knowledge
• Experience or knowledge of Astro and/or Dimetra or LTE systems
• Experience in working in Agile
