Department Description :

Krakow Device Management team is looking for a passionate person who is willing to maintain and improve existing build and continuous integration environment as well as to extend it to support the Cloud model of deployment. We are developing application to handle provisioning, configuration & upgrade of Motorola radios for entire fleets. Our application configures devices used by Police/Firefighters/Electricity companies, but also Navy, FBI, etc. We are working with Team Foundation Server(TFS) using Visual Studio 2015 with plan to move to 2017.

Job Description :

You will be the TFS administrator responsible for Configuration Management activities in the team working closely with developers
You will be responsible for administration & maintenance of CI system set on TFS
We expect result orientation and ability to execute assigned responsibilities and tasks with minimum supervision following standard development life-cycle processes
Own the delivery chain, its maintenance and results delivery on daily basis
Continuously improve the solution to increase speed, efficiency and reliability

Basic Requirements :

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a Software Engineering, Computer Science, Math or related field.
3+ years experience in developing software products in TFS
Strong troubleshooting and problem solving skills
Effective verbal and written English communication skills
Willingness to learn and explore new technologies and solutions
Python, Perl, Maven, Ant, other script languages
Object-oriented languages (e.g Java/C#)
Knowledge about multi-applications deployment models in various environments (OS/Architecture)
Continuous Integration (proper build and deployment and selective tests) depending on deployment models (e.g. Android, Cloud, Windows)

Knowledge of any of the below will be of additional benefit

experience of the up-to-date configuration tools
experience in Git, Jenkins, Jira, Confluence, Artifactory, ClearCase, AWS
experience with Installshield
