Job specification:
• Contribute in the strategy recommendation, design and implementation of the Enterprise Mobility
Management (EMM) environment and corresponding policy development, in order to meet current
and future business needs
• Ensure the best possible mobile experience for end users
• Proactive maintenance of the EMM environment is performed
• Participate or lead infrastructure projects, from this area of responsibilities
• Playing a key role for proposing and supporting new features and service evolution
• Assist in the strategy recommendation, design and implementation of the Enterprise Mobility
Management (EMM) environment and corresponding policy development in order to meet current
and future business needs
• Ensure the integrity of the mobile experience provided to all internal users
• Provide technical design and maintenance policies surrounding mobile OS, development, updating
and patching
• Provide solutions, technical project implementation, and 2nd and 3rd level support to BU’s Service
Desk Team and Business Application teams
• Participate in architecture of Enterprise Mobility Management (EMM) solutions to meet business
requirements as necessary and to provide product recommendations, as well as create detailed
specifications
• Document findings and provide information to upper management
• Mitigate risks to the end-user operating environment by working closely with Security Officer and
Service Desk team
• Identify and resolve issues as they develop. Understand trends, initiate and manage corrective
action on problems to prevent them from recurring related to the user desktop experience
• Develop and maintain processes and documentation for BU’s Service Desk Team to perform setup,
installation, and configuration of desktop hardware and software
• Responsible to apply and to assure that Group Standards are implemented. Make proposals for Group Standards improvement

Requirements:
• Minimum two years relevant AirWatch MDM design or implementation / administration, in the Enterprise environment
• Management of Apple, Android-based devices in an enterprise environment
• Good knowledge of MDM VMware technologies MDM, MAM is mandatory. Scripting experience can
be an asset
• Can be consider an asset working knowledge with:
o Other AirWatch similar products ( ex: Mobile Iron, Intune)
o IM( identity Management- VMWare)
o Workspace One (Vmware)
o UEM ( Unified Endpoint Management – Vmware)
• Excellent communication skills with the internal people and external suppliers
• High client oriented attitude
