With the number of technical projects growing at GOG.com related to our website, GOG Galaxy and GWENT game, we’re seeking a Technical Project Manager who will act as a liaison between our various technical teams and make sure these projects are delivered on time.

Responsibilities:

  • Synchronize the planning between teams, to assure good communication and effective task-flow.
  • Help our development teams with both organizational and technical issues and obstacles that may arise.
  • Prepare and oversee schedules, and maintain them on a daily basis.
  • Organize and run meetings for planning and review purposes.
  • Prepare estimations, prioritize tasks and set deadlines accordingly, and make sure they are met by the teams as planned.
  • Help our teams grow, not only in size but in quality through coaching and mentoring.

Job Requirements:

  • At least 2 years of experience in a management role in an Agile environment.
  • Experience in setting up and coordinating projects.
  • Proven experience with close, day-to-day cooperation with development teams.
  • Proven understanding of technical limitations and pipelines – as a Producer at GOG.com you’d be a go-to person when organizational and technical difficulties in projects occur.
  • Proven ability to effectively work across teams.
  • Proactive problem solving skills.
  • Well developed organization and coordination skills.
  • Experience using project management tools (Jira preferred).
  • A positive and constructive attitude.
  • Ability to easily communicate in English.

Pluses:

  • Experience in Agile implementation and/or transformation.
  • A technical background.
  • An understanding of UI / UX and an artistic sense.
  • A passion for games and game services.
