Scrum Master

For our client, the company software development company specializing in building advanced systems for the online sports betting industry in Europe, USA and Australia, we are looking for Scrum Master to join their team in Cracow.

Job specification:
• Playing Scrum Master role within development team as servant leader
• Supporting team members in project execution according to the Way of Working
• Encouraging and coaching an agile and lean product innovation way-of-working
• Supporting Project Manager / Product Owner in planning, synchronization and stakeholders’ communication
• Cooperating with other Scrum Masters

Requirements:
• Min. 1 year of experience on a Scrum Master position in a multinational company
• Min. 2 years of experience in an IT industry
• Engineering background in software development
• Strong believe and convincement for agile, lean ways of working
• Experience in working with people and making them grow
• A history of genuine interest in agile software development methods
• Excellent English skills (both written and spoken)
• Willingness to take initiative, continuously improve yourself and world around
