Your role
Do you have a knack for analyzing IT Security Requirements? Are you able to work in global projects efficiently? We’re looking for someone like that who can help us:
– determine required IT Security business solutions and assist in implementing them
– conduct requirements-gathering activities, like evaluating services, using a variety of internal and external data and conducting stakeholder interviews
– support the Security engineers by describing the requirements and processes involved
– assist in quality control and project management
– identify people and systems impacted by functional and non-functional requirements
– work closely with business stakeholders responsible for Information Security, as well as various partners within the IT organization
– mentor junior Business Analysts in the team.
Your team
You’ll be working in the Security Engineering team in Credentials Management. Security Engineering is a global organization delivering changes to the Security IT services Identity and Access Management, Data Protection and Cyber Security Services.
Your experience and skills
You have:
– degree in Computer Science, Management or related field or equivalent experience
– minimum 5 years’ of business analysis experience, within IT infrastructure and/or IT security
– an industry best practice qualifications (CBAP, IREP or equivalent)
– the ability to translates Stakeholder Requests into Features and Requirements
– knowledge of how to develop robust solutions
– an understanding of the software development lifecycle
– strong analytical, problem-solving and synthesizing skills
You are:
– passionate about supporting the development of IT Security systems and applications
– technically savvy with an appreciation for IT Security capability
– adaptable, able to work across teams and functions
– used to work in an global organization in virtual teams
– ready to share your knowledge with junior Business Analysts
– fluent in English and used to communicate with senior stakeholders.
