Job Opportunity for Technical Support Engineers

LSJ is searching for experienced Technical Support Engineers for our client in Poland. A perfect candidate for a Technical Support Engineer will have:

• Master’s degree in telecommunication or equivalent
• Deep AXE system knowledge (AXE + RSS, APZ)
• Very good AXE network level knowledge
• Excellent troubleshooting and problem solving skills
• Thorough hands-on experience on configuring and managing live AXE nodes
• GSM/UMTS architecture knowledge
• SS7 protocols stack knowledge
• Willingness to learn and understand telecommunication protocols and networks in general
• Good English (spoken and written)
• Good communication and team-work skills
• Deep knowledge in telecom network support processes
• Strong pro-active attitude
• Willingness to travel

Additional tasks & skills:

• Network Element integration
• Man-Machine Language
• Monitor alarms and events from OMC level
