Software Engineer (Exchange Server)
Localization: Wrocław
As a software engineer you will be given the opportunity to work and experience all areas of software development life cycle in innovative and challenging projects for our international customers.
Duties & Responsibilities
• Active involvement in designing and implementing new features in the existing software on customer request
• Interfacing directly with customers via phone and WebEx
• Following of high quality programming standards
Experience & Qualifications
• Knowledge of Microsoft Exchange Environment (Exchange server, Domain Controllers)
• Hands-on experience with MAPI/CDO
• Experience with multi-threaded systems, Berkley Database, SOAP
• Strong understanding of network communication (Not afraid to use Netmon or Wireshark).
• Experience with C/C++, ST
• 1-2 years of C++ (multi-thread coding) development experience.
• Understanding of the Linux or UNIX operating systems
• Advanced software design skills, including object oriented design
• Strong experience and understanding of networking protocols specifically on sockets, TCP/IP and UDP
• Experience with Proxy Servers and Load Balancers
• Experience with data encryption and security
• Experience developing on multiple platforms such as Solaris and Windows
• Good English, both written and spoken
Not required but advantageous skills
• Hands on experience in development in Java
• Scrum (or other Agile) development method experience
• Mobile device experience
