IT Customer Service with Italian

While working on this position you will have a great chance to apply your excellent IT skills and passion for Customer Care in a multinational team in Poznań, Poland. Under direct supervision, in a contact center environment, as a Technical Advisor you will use computer-based tools as well as your own problem-solving skills to identify, research, isolate, and resolve customer issues.

Requirements:
• communicative in English and Italian
• the ability to listen, identify meet customer needs and expectations
• characterized by openness and motivation to broaden skills
• interest and / or experience in the IT industry will be an advantage
