Network & Telecom Engineer

Location: Wroclaw

-The Candidate will be responsible for:
-Troubleshooting and resolution of incidents mainly focusing on Ascom/Dect systems
-Monitoring, preparing documentation, configuration of base stations / gateways / SIP and Dect phones
-Monitoring the IPT environment, proactive management
-Taking part and implementing VOIP/IPT/DECT Infrastructure products
-Voice services management
-Budgeting and financial follow-up
-Preparing input data for accounting system

Requirements:

-Theoretical and practical knowledge in the Network & Telecom area
-Knowledge and excellent troubleshooting experience in Ascom/ Dect products.
-Experience in VOIP/ IPT networks/Cisco Call Managers, managing or rolling out applications, ideally in the Telecom environment
-Pro-client attitude and excellent communication skills
-Team player
Outstanding analytical skills and problem solving skills, meticulousness, detail orientation
-Ability to work under stress in dynamic, international environment
