For our client, who is delivering the business solutions and technical support for worldwide known companies, currently we are looking for: Helpdesk Analyst with French.
Location: Wroclaw
Start: as soon as possible
Responsibilities:
-Serving customer’s technical questions in French language
-Resolving of technical customer’s problems
-Cooperation with Helpdesk and the other technical support
-Registrations of problems in the system
Requriements:
-Fluent knowledge of French
-Communicative English skills
-Higher degree
-Comprehension of IT area
-Experience in Call Center, Customer Service, Helpdesk, BPO/SSC
-Knowledge of Ms Office
-Strong interpersonal skills
