Our Client is an international company that creates and delivers network security systems to bussiness Customers. Due to opening new support centre in Wroclaw, we are looking for ambitious Candidates, ready to work as:

Network Security Support

On that position, your responsibilities will cover troubleshooting advanced questions and cases connected with network security (firewalls, anti-spam, backup etc.).

Requirements

experience in network security (Lan, Wan, TCP/IP protocols) or technical support,
education in field of IT / Telecommunication,
CISCO Certificate would be an advantage,
fluent knowledge of French (knowledge of Arabic would be an advantage),
very good knowledge of English.
