Product Manager (German and English language skills required)
We are an analytic services firm with its headquarter in Poznan and offices in Berlin, Munich, and Boston. Our services include web applications with collective intelligence, crowdsourcing and Enterprise 2.0 solutions.
We are currently looking for a full-time product manager in our Poznan office for our flagship product CrowdWorx. CrowdWorx is a social forecasting tool used by international companies to forecast sales, new products and strategic topics. CrowdWorx combines and internal crowdsourcing with Enterprise 2.0 methods for business forecasting. Applications for clients from various industries include sales forecasting of consumer goods, evaluation of new product’s potential in the telecommunication industry, demand forecasting in retail and automotive.
The position requires a mix of business understanding as well as knowledge of enterprise social web applications.

Job description
- Consulting of the CrowdWorx sales force on how to promote CrowdWorx to business clients, i.e. understand the clients business problem, identify if and how CrowdWorx can create business value for the client.
- Preparation of CrowdWorx online demos for international clients in English and German
- Plan new software features from a user point of view (no technical planning, but design of user friendly features)
- Organize the PR and Marketing measures of CrowdWorx and work with marketing and PR agencies to promote CrowdWorx in the German and US market.
- Prepare articles and publications about CrowdWorx for newspapers, magazines, and websites
- Discuss and document new features with the CrowdWorx development team, quality assurance and testing of new releases of CrowdWorx
Job requirements
- Excellent knowledge of the Internet and the latest trends in online software for companies, ideally Enterprise 2.0 software
- Extreme diligence in preparing documents and presentations for cli-ents
- General knowledge of trends and software in the Enterprise 2.0 sphere
- Working language is English or German
- Traveling is not required
