Consumer Data Miner / Statistical Modeler

we are currently looking for on a freelance or full-time basis for our Poznan office.

You will work with a young team on datasets from our Telecom, Retail and FMCG client.
Tasks are beyond market research: We analyze consumer data to help clients understand
the consumer better and to predict their behavior. Examples: Customer segmentation,
Churn prediction, Fraud detection. Our clients also expect from our analysts
advice on the right methodologies, their limitations and for interpreting results.

Formal requirements are:

Completed university degree (preferably Statistics, Sociology, Econometrics,
Economics, Mathematics) with above average performance

Strong focus on statistical modeling, data mining and experience in multiple
methodologies (multivariate regression methods, clustering techniques, SEM,
Machine Learning & Statistical Learning)

Hands-on practical experience in advanced consumer data analytics with SPSS
or R and Data Mining techniques

Practical experience at least during 1-3 multiple month internships mandatory

Strong Excel skills with VBA are appreciated

Fluent in English, good working knowledge in German appreciated

You should be flexible and committed to deadline-driven work. You should have the ability
to “wear the shoes” of the client when looking at your own results. You should be
