We are a small core engineering team responsible for architecting, designing and developing software for a large international company. We enjoy our work, are always looking to improve, and try to incorporate modern concepts of software architecture in our projects. We are agile, we work using Extreme Programming concepts, Continuous Build and Continuous Integration, and Domain Specific Languages. We work closely as a team but at the end each of us is responsible for his part of the Application. We value our Team Members a lot.

We are looking for a new member to our core team. We are not looking for a coder. We are looking for a Software Engineer who writes beautiful code and for whom designing applications and writing software is fun in the first place.

Responsibilities:
- design, develop and maintain the company’s primary software systems, and the customer oriented web 2.0 applications
- master our development processes, techniques, and technologies
- write scalable, maintainable, efficient code
- creatively contribute to our engineering environment

Requirements:
- experience in developing ajax/web 2.0 web applications
- good web page design talents – you care about user experience / usability, and can translate that into clean, usable web sites
- min 2 -5 years of software development experience
- excellent knowledge of CSS
- very comfortable with Java
- write beautiful code
- strong team player and independent contributor
- ready to travel, permanently relocate to the USA
- ready to work in a distributed team crossing multiple timezones
- fluent English

Highly desired:
- Master’s degree in Engineering or Computer Science
- experience in developing mobile web apps
- GWT experience
