Currently, to our Business Process Outsourcing Center in Kraków we are looking for candidates for the position of:

Service Specialist Portuguese or Spanish Speaker
Ref. no SS/POR/SP/KRK

We are now looking for a candidate to support our customers based in North and South America.
As a Service Specialist you will have the possibility to widen your business and technical knowledge on applications offered to our customers.
The role involves resolution of support issues as well as execution of services to assist internal and external stakeholders. You act as the main interface and communication channel during the complete incident and service request life cycles.
You will be part of the Support Team in Poland which consists of 2 motivated and skilled persons who provide 1st and 2nd line support.
You will be working mainly with customers in the US and South America covering their local business hours.

Job Description:
•Provide 1st line support for eSourcing users including administrative tasks and advanced services
•Provide 2nd line support for customer Single Point of Contacts (SPOC)
•Troubleshoot and resolve all kinds of incidents with short lead times
•Report priority 1 incidents to responsible department and handle communication to customers
•Phone support to the US and South America customers
•Lead customers in using efficiently all functionalities of applications
•Monitor documents flow and other key events
•Work with continuous improvements of internal processes and routines

Language skills
•Fluency in English and Portuguese or Spanish is a must
•Fluency in any Nordic language will be an advantage
