Qualifications

Advanced skills in Flash development (CPU / memory optimization, Javascript / Flash bridging, cross-browser compatibility).
ActionScript3, XML, MXML, CSS, Eclipse / Flex Builder/ FDT, SVN, Design Patterns including MVC.
Experience in building Flash applications with heavy server communication (Remoting, Sockets, JSON).
Systematic approach in terms of design details, performance, and optimization.
Any of the following would be an advantage: Passion for games, Understanding of Backend/database architecture, Knowledge of Open Social / Facebook APIs.
