Responsibilities:
Work with sales force to manage project processes and client expectations.

Manage internal team members, freelancers, suppliers and vendors.
Create functional briefs and specifications.

What skills you should have:
Minimum of 1 year in a similar project management role.
Understanding of different project management tools and methodologies e.g. agile, waterfall model.
Solution-focused, objective oriented.
Superior planning and organisational skills.
Excellent communication and documentation skills.
Advanced verbal and written English skills.
Know the difference between front-end coding and back-end coding when specifically referring to HTML, CSS, JavaScript, PHP, RoR, Flash, Flex, .NET.
You can explain the following terms: CMS, CRM, WordPress, Magento, Drupal.
You comprehend the key considerations for SEO when building a website.

Expectations
As a member of XHTMLized, you’ll be working on a diverse assortment of projects for some of the best-known brand names on the planet – from the largest strategic-thinking aggregates to the busiest websites. As such, you will need to be able to define the scope of a project within the boundaries of its budget, establish and maintain a practical production schedule and manage that project throughout its lifecycle. Flexibility and optimism will be necessary attributes in your approach.
