We are currently seeking a highly motivated, dynamic individual with a background in product management, solution consulting and education to lead a fast-paced, rapidly expanding, Solution Enablement team. This position, reporting to the VP of Product Management, is responsible for ensuring that our partners and internal staff are well versed in our products, solutions, service methodologies and technology offerings.
You will act as the catalysts in the program management and design of professional service & product education and enablement programs for both our partners and professional service staff. You will collaborate closely with various internal departments including product management, professional services, training, pre-sales, and partner organization to understand their requirements. Additionally, you will be responsible for development and delivery of standardized advanced product and solution reference materials with a long term goal of developing a role-based certification programs for internal and external stakeholders.

Essential Position Responsibilities:
• Development of a Knowledge Management Strategy
• Design, execute and manage programs to enable partners and internal staff. Activity and deliverables to include:
 Gathering documenting ‘best practices’ as they associated to product use and professional service methodology
 Facilitate knowledge gathering from subject matter experts made up of Professional Services, Product Managers, Business Analysts, and others
 Development of role based education materials for use in training internal and external stakeholders. Materials expected to include; reference guides, videos, training courseware, knowledgebase, blogs, wiki’s and any other artifacts deemed to be effective.
 Implementation of certification program for use in measuring and validating competency
• Define success metrics and design enablement dashboards
• Ability to lead a cross-functional team of direct and indirect reports
• Investigate and propose alternative delivery strategies for solution enablement
• Plan and execute enablement plans for existing and new solutions
• Engage with the training department on the design and release of new education offerings
• Manage and lead a small team of Consultants
• Insure that there is a comprehensive strategy to enable customers and partners to deploy “solutions assets” across multiple projects

Essential Position Requirements:

• 3 years of Service Consulting and management experience, with a focus on software solutions
• Three years of product or program management experience within a multinational company
• Extensive experience with designing, creating and launching best practices and enablement programs in a software company
• An understanding of Professional Service methodology as it pertains to large end system integrators such as HP, IBM, Accenture, etc.
• Self-directed, strong written and verbal communication skills
• Excellent management skills with a drive to succeed
• Able to operate successfully in a rapidly changing, ambiguous and less defined environment
• Outstanding time management, prioritization and organizational skills
• Ability to be proactive and take the initiative to get things done
• Ability to work at senior levels effectively while driving low level activities forward
• Familiarity with training methodology, knowledge management, and certification programs a plus
