Capgemini Infrastructure Outsourcing Services is one of the biggest outsourcing service providers in Poland. IOS has achieved great success and grown rapidly since the establishment of our first service center in Krakow six years ago. In 2006, we opened a second center in Katowice. Today, our team of 1,600 professionals delivers IT outsourcing services to 40 clients in 20 languages.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Compliance of Software Asset Management IS CE: regularly (3monthly) deliver IS CE license balance sheet, counsel SAM Owner, recommend and conduct continuous improvement
• Strategic Software purchasing: approves software purchases (eROP), supervising of Software Contracts (S2C-Process)
• Conduct Audits: drives and support audits (external/internal), define audit procedure (internal)
• Implement Management decisions: manage realisation of management decisions, optimize license cost, consult on portfolio definition, sign off license transfers
• Define products to be reported: define software products which have to be included into license balance sheet, establish documentation of rules and criteria, distribute documentation into organization
• Pool management: coordination of Quality assurance & internal re use of Pool, initiate external disposal (selling / cancelling)
• Ensure overall process efficiency: define and verify KPIs, drive and conduct improvement actions
• Contract maintenance: conduct maintenance of license contracts

REQUIREMENTS:

• Fluent German language skills both written and spoken
• Good English skills
• Management capabilities
• Assertiveness
• License Certification (e.g. Microsoft Licensing Sales Specialist (MLSS), MLSE, Oracle, etc. or equivalent)
• Very good experience as a License Manager / ongoing (mandatory)
