Capgemini Infrastructure Outsourcing Services is one of the biggest outsourcing service providers in Poland. IOS has achieved great success and grown rapidly since the establishment of our first service center in Krakow six years ago. In 2006, we opened a second center in Katowice. Today, our team of 1,600 professionals delivers IT outsourcing services to 40 clients in 20 languages.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Fully responsibilities for the Windows Server
• Problem ticket correctly assigned to required support team
• Follow escalation procedures when primary support technician cannot be contacted within agreed deadlines
• Checking of event log
• Monitor/collect data to assess system performance
• Onsite supervision of engineers for hardware failures
• Maintain documentation and procedures for recovery after system failure
• Creation and management of user- and group directories and rights is delegated to local IT-support at the site
• Implementation of the 2003/2008 Server OS updates
• Creation and management of print queues
• Partial or total restore after system failure or server crash (Any thing that can be done remotely)
• Arrange for the replacement of hardware in case of problems or failures, in coordination with Local site admin
• Administration of Windows AD

REQUIREMENTS:

• Business experience and very good know how in
o MS Office
o Windows 2003, 2008
o script programming
• Fluent English language is a must
• German language would be an advantage
• Proactive team player
• Good communication skills
• Flexible
