Capgemini Infrastructure Outsourcing Services is one of the biggest outsourcing service providers in Poland. Today, our team of 1,600 professionals delivers IT outsourcing services to 40 clients in 20 languages.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

• Supporting and securing of an error free IT service of a high complex IT infrastructure.
• Being a contact person for all technical questions and problems regarding the IT applications.
• Answering questions regarding the running operations, solving incidents and working proactively to avoid error situations in the future (Incident and Problem management)
• Preparing concepts for operations management, automation and monitoring together with the development department.
• Automatizing processes in operations management by creating scripts in popular Script/Shell languages.
• Platform monitoring and managing of web applications on basis of Apache, Tomcat, JBOSS and Oracle Weblogic.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Good knowledge of the operating systems Sun Solaris, Linux
• Good knowledge of web-based products, e.g. Apache, BEAWeblogic, JBOSS, IBM-Websphere
• Knowledge in network environment, TCI/IP, Data transfer protocols as FTP or Connect: Direct, SSL, HTTPS
• Knowledge in at least one of the following programming/script languages: Shell-scripts, PERL, JAVA, PL/SQL
• English – fluent in writing and speaking.
