Job specification:
• Assisting with onsite support regarding mission critical problems
• Solving complex problems, involving broad product knowledge or functionality specialty
• Communicating with customers, Customer Services & Support (CSS) engineers and appropriate subsidiary staff via electronic correspondence or telephone
• Assisting in hot-site issues by setting customer expectations, devising action plans and communicating to BG, SMS&P, partners and customers
• Taking an active part in suggesting and challenging enhancements on existing processes and workflow
• Developing own technical & functional knowledge on products/technologies related to the team scope
• Developing and delivering internal CSS and customer technical trainings/workshops in specialty areas
• Using sophisticated tools to analyze complex problems and develop solutions to meet customer needs
• Working with local marketing people on product feedback & new product launches
• Participating in 24×7 rotation based on products/technologies knowledge

Requirements:
• Experience in technical support, consultancy or similar
• Microsoft Dynamics AX Experience (version AX4.0 / AX2009 and higher) would be beneficial
• Retail business knowledge or any other retail related experience would be beneficial
• In-depth knowledge of Share Point, ASP.NET, IIS, SQL (including SSRS, SSAS)
• Knowledge of architecture, administration and functional modules of Dynamics AX Products (or other ERP products in Small & Medium Business marketplace)
• Troubleshooting skills and focus on customer
• Communication skills in international environment
• Fluent English
• Command of French or Spanish would be an advantage
