Job Description
We are looking for a Network Engineer who is qualified regarding WiFi architecture and devices an will be responsible for:

-providing technical support to partners and/or customers for company technologies, products, and/or solutions (2nd or 3rd line of support – depends on qualifications)
-resolving moderately to highly complex technical problems, depending on the customers’ need
-simulating technical problems in lab environmen
-sharing your knowledge with other people in writing technical documents and enlarge the knowledge database
-providing internal and/or external technical presentations (cross-training)
-escalating some specific problems to the responsible Business Units for product enhancement
-working closely with his colleagues to achieve common goals
-striving to technical excellence and expertise

Requirements
-experience with WiFi architectures (Radius) and devices (Cisco Asr1000, ISG)
-basic experience with customer portals and Web Interfaces in WiFi environment
-good Linux sysadmin and troubleshooting skills: shell scripting, user permissions, file systems, disk -space & memory management, log file location, performance and analys
-fluent in English
