Responsibilities include:
-Troubleshooting Skills. Device/Platform/Network level
o Ability to troubleshoot routing issues regarding connections to external customer networks, i.e… BGP, NAT, MPLS, VPN
-Understands the issues involved with connecting to customer networks including network connectivity
-Acts as a technical escalation point for SA Tier 1 engineers during the on-boarding/transition management phase
-Ability to design and document custom connectivity solutions
-Provides advanced technical consultation to customers and internal teams regarding connectivity, -monitoring and security guidelines
Experience with Agile, including writing user stories
-Exceptional customer facing skills including ability to present network, connectivity and architecture diagrams directly to external and internal customers
-Ability to collaborate cross functionally across departments, teams to resolve customer issues
-Ability to work in an ever-changing environment

Requirements:
-BS in a technical field (CS/EE preferred) or equivalent, plus 3-5 years on the job experience
-CCNP certification or equal skill required
-Proven planning, prioritization and organizing skills
-Ability to function effectively in ambiguous circumstances
-Shares information and communicates clearly with team members to improve team effectiveness. -Encourages and accepts feedback
-Excellent written and verbal communication, interpersonal and presentation skills
-Able to identify problems and deliver solutions with a high level of customer satisfaction
