For our Client, an international company based in Wrocław we are looking for a candidate for the position of Junior Technical Support Administrator

Working on this position you will be responsible for:
• provide technical support for users of one the famous music online services,
• troubleshoot all customers’ cases thought Call /Email/Web or Chat,
• understand customers’ concerns and address them effectively,
• ensure customer’s satisfaction for the service rendered.

Knowledge and skills required:
• excellent communication skills in French,
• communicative level of English (B1 level),
• strong Customer service focus,
• proficient in operating system (Windows & Macintosh), Mobile Devices: Android, iOS, MP3 Players,
• passion to learn new concepts, technology and process,
• expertise in Music Online Service (optional),
• willingness to work from 12:00 to 20:00 (Monday-Friday),
