For our Client, leader in logistic industry, we are seeking for the aforementioned specialist.

Job specification:
• Planning, design, implementation and support of system migrations to the virtual server farms
• Implementing and maintaining disaster recovery and high-availability solutions in a 24/7 time critical operational environment
• Key player in an international environment capable of producing systems requirement analysis and produce planning, design and support documentation
• Providing technical advice to IT application and advisory teams on VMWare virtualization and Linux

Requirements:
• Extensive technical experience in VMware and Linux system administration
• Strong project management skills
• Minimum 5 years relevant work experience
• Has professional knowledge and experience with Project Management methodologies and governance
• good knowledge of ITIL
• Experienced in leading and executing large system migration projects
• Extensive experience with IT infrastructure technologies and willing to participate in an on-call support rotation
• Change management capabilities; coaching and training skills
• Experience in leading through others: proven leadership skill in having lead teams or team members or with a strong aspiration towards leadership
• Thorough knowledge of written and spoken English
• Problem analysis & judgment, able to influence & inspire others
• Extensive proven planning & organisation skills
• Result driven
• Proven analytical skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Customer oriented
• This position will involve some European travel
