At the moment, for our Client – an international IT company specialized in providing IT security – we are looking for Italian/Spanish Speakers who are interested in working as a Technical Support Analysts in Warsaw.
Job specification:
• Providing assistance to enterprise customers (internal and external) and partners in Europe
• 2/3 line of support
• Troubleshooting and resolving technical issues (including onsite, online services, over a phone and via mail)
• Providing support on heterogeneous environments that are utilized on mission critical systems
• Knowledge sharing
Requirements:
• Fluent in Spanish/French/Italian or German
• Fluent in English
• Experience in a pressurized support environment
• Knowledge of Active Directory
• Good working knowledge of Windows 2003 and Windows 2008
• Active listening, good verbal and written communication
• Able to multi-task across several open cases and manage and prioritize own time
• Excellent customer service skills and a team focus
