We are growing fast. We are currently opening a new office in Krakow and we are looking for talented people to provide our users with an outstanding customer experience. It is part of our mission to make Revolut users feel secure whilst using our service.

If you become a part of our team, your responsibilities would include:

-Provide excellent customer service via our in-app live chat -Solve the customers’ issues over the phone -Representing Revolut online at all times -Collaborating with other teams to tackle any customers’ and many other exciting tasks!

Requirements

Skills and experience required:

-Flawless English and one other fluent European language -Empathy and love for helping people -Ability to explain complex issues in an easy and understandable manner -Excellent communication skills -Strong attention to detail and analytical skills -Feel the thrill for working in a fast-paced environment -Driven, self-motivated and highly flexible team player -Self-learner, independent problem-solver -Bachelor’s degree or equivalent -Microsoft Office

Skills and experience desired:

-Prior customer support experience -Strong writing skills or -Great numeracy and IT skills -More languages!
