GOG.com is looking for a Finance Specialist to complement our Finance team and help manage all our numbers, which are growing as fast as the amount of games on our virtual shelf!

Responsibilities:

• Preparing monthly financial reports and reconciliations, which involves regular cooperation with an accounting team based abroad and 3rd parties and contractors.
• Reviewing and ensuring the accuracy and completeness of the bookkeeping prepared by the accountancy (in accordance with IAS).
• Ensuring timely and accurate processing of transactions (vendor invoices, automatic and manual payments, cost allocation).
• Assisting the audit process (resolving audit queries), verification of year-end accounts and providing data for consolidation and group reporting.
• Ensuring efficiency of processes, proactively identifying areas and opportunities for improvement.
• Supporting the Finance Director in preparation of the company’s budget & forecast.
• Undertaking research and analysis tasks and any other ad-hoc duties related to general business and financial activities.

Job Requirements:

• At least 4 years of experience in an Accounting or Finance role (understanding of general accounting principles, experience in preparing financial analysis and reports.
• GOG.com’s dynamic environment requires solid self-organization and the ability to set priorities to meet deadlines.
