Runbook Developer

Employed person will be responsible for:

• Develop and maintain automation procedures (runbooks) in Microsoft System Center Orchestrator
• Create interfaces between central automation system and different request systems (input direction) as well the interfaces between central automation system and backend systems of the customer (AD, Exchange, SCCM, others) (output direction)
• Continuously improve automation solution
• Support architectural changes to the automation solution and lead the requirements engineering for setup and change management
• Provide troubleshooting for deployed and maintained functionality.

Job Requirements

• Bachelors or higher level technical degree
• Strong experience in PowerShell scripting
• Experience in writing SQL statements
• Fundamental knowledge of Windows server 2008 and 2012
• Knowledge of Active Directory 2008 and 2012
• Knowledge and experience in Microsoft System Center products (MS Orchestrator, SCSM, SCCM) is a strong advantage
• Good analytic skills, ability to prioritize tasks
• Written and spoken English (B2 or upper), high
communication skills
