Your Task:

- Providing 24/7 support to non-technical end-users in printing area
- Analyzing problems and putting correct process in place
- Contacting and providing troubleshooting steps to end-users
- Dealing with printer supplies queries
- Remote printer configuration

Our Requirements:

- French and English – fluent (C1 level)
- Excellent customer and communication skills
- Ability to work in busy and multitasking environment
- Readiness to work on shifts (in 24/7 international Service Desk Team with rotating system)
- Readiness to work on a daily routine as well as quickly adjusting to incoming tasks

Would be an asset:

- Printing area and basic networking knowledge
- Active directory
