Job Description

· Troubleshoots various software and network problems via phone, email, chat and remote control tools, or involves technical resources to ensure resolution,

· Identifies, investigates and researches user questions and problems as well as isolating and resolving information systems problems,

· Helps to maintain the identity management environment,

· Maintains knowledge and share experience with the other engineers,

· Management of the Active Directory Service, Domain Controllers and Key Management Service (KMS), Windows Domain administration.

Job Requirements

Working knowledge of Microsoft Windows Server operating systems,

• Working knowledge of Active Directory,

• Ability to troubleshoot, diagnose and fix OS and AD related issues,

• Good understanding of GPO, DFS, DNS, DHCP,

• Understanding of TCP/IP networking,

• Knowledge of PKI and PowerShell scripting will be a plus,

• Proactive attitude,

• Ability to work well in a team,

• High motivation to self-development.
