Your Task

- Providing 2nd line support for international customer
- Troubleshooting and configuration of Windows system
- Cooperating with users from different departments
- Analyzing and solving problems
- Escalation major problems to 3rd level of support

Our Requirements

- Very good knowledge of English language
- Experience in PC/Laptops configuration (software and hardware)
- Knowledge of Active Directory and troubleshooting
- At least basic knowledge of Domain and TCP/IP
- Problem solving orientation and good communication skills
