For our Global Service Desk Team we are seeking the following:

Junior Service Desk Agent with English


– Filtering and qualifying IT service repair orders in our internal system
– Reporting and processing all end user escalations
– Active contact with our technicians (mainly via e-mail)
– Maintaining positive relations with our corporate customers
– Monitoring the correct timelines (SLA) and ticket flow
– On-going analysis and validation of data included in orders, on the basis of Hemmersbach procedures

– Very good English Skills (speaking & writing)
– MS Office knowledge (especially Outlook and Excel)
– Good analytical skills with the ability to draw conclusions quickly
– Readiness to multi-shift working on a weekly schedule (24/5)
– Openness to learn new skills

– Knowledge of the IT industry
– Technical background
