Ademchic is a London-based boutique design studio. We have a great passion for selling real estate and positioning developments as differentiating and one-of-a-kind.

We are a relatively small team based in London, but we are proud to work on projects that are inspiring and chic. We work from home, but are in constant contact with each other via Skype and Slack – you will always feel like a part of the team!

We are looking for an ambitious architect/interior designer who has previous experience working on development schemes with investors and wants to manage such projects again.

As an Interior Architect at Ademchic, you will work with our team on designing new boutique developments. Every development project we design looks aspirational and unique, helping our real estate clients sell their new homes. The goal for the role is to independently lead projects from start to finish with input from Studio Director and our Creative Director.

The Role
You will join a team and immediately have a project to manage – likely a project that is nearing completion. Within a few weeks from starting, you will be running with your own projects. Your day-to-day activities will involve:

- creating design concepts for interiors of new developments
- producing interior specifications based on a design concept agreed with the Creative Director
- producing small power and lighting drawings
- re-designing interior layouts to make the best use of the space
- updating renders in 3DsMax based on latest client comments
- collecting quotes fro various suppliers, to ensure that our design is commercially viable
- coordinating with various professionals to ensure that packages provided by them are correct (lighting, joinery, kitchens, bathrooms etc)
- providing technical drawings for unique elements of our interior design, bathrooms and kitchens

You will run your projects independently, with input from Studio Director and the Creative Director. The style of our projects is very important for us therefore your portfolio will play a major role in our decision making.

Key Requirements
- You’ll have at least 3 years of in a similar role, specifically breaking down concepts into implementable technical document packs
- You can perform under pressure and deliver high-quality work to deadlines
- You have advanced knowledge of CAD and 3DsMax
- You have an ability to work independently while linking up to a larger team
- You communicate effectively with fluent written and spoken English
- Interior Design or Interior Architecture degree

We are looking for a team member that will join us on long-term basis. This is a full-time role with working hours either 9am – 5pm CET or 10am – 6pm CET.
