Job Description:

Person hired on this position will be responsible for on-site support of IT infrastructure and proximity services and also for configuration and installation of PC hardware and software.

Job requirements:

•Resolution of tickets transferred from servicedesk
•PC renewal/ Movements
•Hardware and peripheral troubleshooting
•OS images creation/ deployment
•Application deployment
•Printers installation/ troubleshooting
•Fixed Telephony – basic troubleshooting, patching
•Very good knowledge of Slovak
•Communicative English
