Customer Technology Support Associate Specialist

Our team of consultants specializes in four business sectors: software development, management and maintenance of IT infrastructure, security systems and ERP systems. Our mission is to provide services in information technology at the highest level, while maintaining concern for development and job satisfaction of our Consultants.
For our client – an international transport and logistics company, due to expansion on polish market we are currently seeking individuals for the position Customer Support Associate Specialist.
Main accountabilities:
• Providing 3rd level quality support to internal and external customers
• Leading the incident, problem and defect management
• Developing internal training material for Client’s products under your responsibility
• Lead initiatives to improve the quality of the automation products and the associated product support
• You will work in close collaboration with the regional CT Support, CT Field, Customer Service, Sales and Marketing teams
The ideal candidate for this position has:
• Passion for technology
• Excellent analytical and problem solving skills and good communication skills
• You are a team player, well organized, highly motivated and customer focused
• You are able to work with limited supervision
• You are used to work in a commercial and international environment
• You have a positive attitude
• Good interpersonal skills with experience of effectively interacting with other teams and cultures
• Required languages are English, Polish and German (verbal and written)
• Additional European language skills are a significant advantage
